TARDIS-shaped USB Hub
![]()
A while back I ran across a TARDIS-shaped USB Hub available over on Amazon.co.uk. Amber (a frequent commenter here) reminded me about it, and now I’m seeing stuff about it everywhere. I showed it to my husband, and now he wants one. Sadly, Amazon.co.uk doesn’t seem to be willing to ship this bit of electronics to the US. So, far, I’ve only found one place that seems to have it here in the US (and they won’t actually have it until April, apparently.) Does anyone know where I could actually get one of these? (The light works, and it makes noise, by the way.)

I sent an email to thinkgeek.com asking if they could carry it, and they’re trying, but can’t contact the manufacturer - the contact info on their web page is bad.

OMG! I MUST have one! I have a TARDIS coin bank, a TARDIS pin and a TARDIS coffee mug (the blue TARDIS design “disappears” when you add hot liquids); this would be an excellent addition to my TARDIS collection!!

I had that mug! (It went through the dishwasher and stopped fading.) I’m hoping that I can actually find one of these USB Hubs at the Gallifrey One convention.

Oooh! I’ll remember to hand wash that mug then. Thanks for the tip, Elisa!

Thanks for the info Eric J. That’s funny that the manufacture can’t be contacted by a retailer!

lisa-marie - No Problem.
Paul - That *is* weird.

In a link a friend sent me about a batmobile for sale, I found another place this is available. It can be found here: http://www.monstersinmotion.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/10129
They also have a sonic screwdriver, it seems.

I have the sonic screwdriver flashlight already.
Thanks for the pre-order link. And…weren’t you going to e-mail me directions? See you Friday!
